1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by MPJ Digital Kisaan Ebazaar PVT LTD, including our flagship SaaS product BookTable POS and our religious pass booking platform Tirth.
We strive to provide impeccable service and transparency in our billing and refund processes. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. BookTable POS – SaaS Subscription
2.1 Free Trial
- We offer a comprehensive 30-day free trial for you to experience the full capabilities of BookTable POS.
- No card details are required to start your trial.
- There is no payment commitment during the trial period. Use this time to ensure the product fits your needs.
2.2 Subscription Activation & Refunds
Once a paid subscription is activated after the trial or direct purchase, no refunds are allowed. We encourage you to utilize the free trial to make an informed decision.
2.3 Billing Cycles & Cancellations
- Monthly Subscriptions: There are no refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will retain access until the end of your current billing month.
- Annual Subscriptions: In the event of a cancellation request for an annual plan, we may offer a prorated refund strictly for the unused period, subject to management approval.
2.4 Industry Usage Restriction
BookTable POS is designed strictly for the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) industry. If the product is purchased for any other industry or purpose, no refunds will be issued.
2.5 Payment Failure & Account Suspension
In case of payment failure during renewal, your account will be automatically suspended. No refunds are applicable in suspension cases. Access is restored upon successful payment.
3. Tirth – Religious Pass Booking
3.1 Platform Role
MPJ Digital Kisaan acts solely as a facilitator. The main pass amount is transferred directly to the religious trust. We charge a convenience fee for the service.
3.2 Refund Policy
No refunds are allowed once the pass booking payment is completed. All bookings are final.
3.3 Convenience Fee
The convenience/platform fee charged by MPJ Digital Kisaan is non-refundable under all circumstances, even if a cancellation request is made.
3.4 No-Show / Missed Slot
We do not offer refunds if you miss your booked date or time slot. Please ensure you arrive on time.
4. Legal & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy or your use of our Services including BookTable POS and Tirth shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Maharashtra.
