BookTable ("we", "our", "us") is a SaaS-based Point of Sale and restaurant operations platform owned and operated by MPJ Digital Kisaan Ebazaar Private Limited, India.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:
- BookTable POS software
- BookTable web dashboard
- Partner & staff mobile applications
- All related services, features, and support
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, are using the Services for business purposes, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- Registration Requirements: You must be 18 years or older and register an account with accurate and complete business information.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Notifications: You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts with false, misleading, or incomplete information.
3. Scope of Services

- POS billing & KOT management
- Table & order workflows
- Kitchen Display System (KDS)
- Inventory & stock management
- Reporting and analytics
- Role-based staff access
Service Updates
We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features, release updates or enhancements, and impose usage limits where required for system stability.
4. Subscription, Fees & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are communicated at onboarding or via invoice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- •Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.
- •Delayed or failed payments may result in service suspension.
- •We may revise pricing with prior notice.
5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Prohibited Actions
- • Use for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform
- • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
- • Interfere with system performance or data integrity
Your Obligations
- • Accuracy of business data entered
- • Compliance with local tax, food safety, and business laws
- • Responsibilities for actions performed by staff accounts
6. Data Ownership & Access
You retain ownership of your business data. BookTable acts as a data processor, not a data owner.
We access data to:
- • Provide services
- • Offer customer support
- • Meet legal obligations
On Termination:
- • Data access may be limited or removed
- • Retention follows compliance policies

7. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may integrate with payment gateways, hardware vendors, and SMS/WhatsApp providers.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for third-party service outages, external platform data handling, or changes imposed by third-party providers. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
8. Service Availability
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all hardware or network conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the platform (Software, UI/UX, Logos, Documentation) are the exclusive property of MPJ Digital Kisaan Ebazaar Pvt Ltd.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for business operations only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BookTable shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for business losses, data inaccuracies, or operational downtime.
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding billing period.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookTable from any claims arising due to misuse of the Services, violation of laws or regulations, breach of these Terms, or actions of your employees or agents.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or security/legal risks.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain obligations will survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
